Hamilton was founded in 1892 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and the brand produced their first pocket watch that was declared "The watch of Railroad accuracy" in 1912. It was in 1914 that the brand was announced as the official supplier to the US Armed Forces which was a huge achievement and gave the brand a solid supply line base to their brand.
